Ingredients
- 1 . 6 turns of the salt grinder
- 2 . 6 turns of the pepper grinder
- 3 . 1 heaping teaspoon (from your stainless not a measuring spoon) of Maille Dijon Originale Mustard (it must be this brand and spelling!)
- 4 . 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
- 5 . 1 cup of canola oil
- ( 2-1 ratio of canola oil to red wine vinegar if you expand the recipe to make more)

Preparation
Step 1
Blend all of this at the bottom of your salad bowl with a whisk, then add salad. I put it in a jar and shake it when there are just two of us.
