Ingredients
- 1 large bag frozen, cut green beans, thawed
- 4 c cooked chicken in large chunks
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/4 c white wine (optional)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 13/4 c herb flavored croutons
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 T melted margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Place beans in greased 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and wine with sliced chestnuts. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Top with crouton and melted margarine and bake for another 15 min. or until heated through.
