  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound ground beef

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl with paddle attachment, put splash cover over mixer. Mix ingredients in and then turn mixer to high speed until meat is macerated and almost smooth in texture.
Line a baking sheet with a rim with tin foil, form meat into a log and place on baking sheet and bake for 1 1/4 hours turning half way through.
