Ingredients
- Dry ingredients:
- 2 3/4 C. AP flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
- Wet ingredients:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. plain whole milk yogurt or sour cream
- 5-6 (depending on size) VERY ripe bananas, mashed well
- 2 tsp. real vanilla extract
- 1 c. melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- turbinado sugar
- flaky salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease half sheet pan. Sprinkle the bottom with raw sugar.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
In separate bowl beat eggs. Stir in yogurt, mashed bananas, oil, vanilla and sugars until well mixed.
Fold dry ingredients into wet, mixing just until dry ingredients are completely incorporated being careful not to over mix.
Pour batter into prepared sheet pan and sprinkle top generously with raw sugar and a little flaky salt. Bake for 35 minutes.
