Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 6 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup white wine (or use white grape juice with a
- splash of vinegar)

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 8 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with Angel Hair pasta, lightly buttered and sprinkled with grated Romano cheese,
and a large salad of mixed baby greens tossed with vinaigrette dressing.
