Taco Pinwheels

Ingredients

• Ground beef---1 lb.
• Taco seasoning
• Salsa—1 cup
• 1/2 cup mayo
• Cream cheese—2- 8 oz. pkgs.
• Cheese—1 cup
• Onions---1/2 cup chopped
• Olives---1 small can
• Tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

-Brown meat, drain, add seasoning according to directions.
-Beat cream cheese until smooth; add mayo, salsa, olives, and cheese- mix.
-Add meat and blend.
-Spread onto the tortillas and roll up.
-Wrap tortillas in saran wrap; place in fridge for a while.
-Unwrap and slice into pinwheels.
-Serve with salsa and sour cream.
