Ingredients

• 2 cups pwd. Sugar
• 1 tbsp. water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pwd. Sugar and water. Add more water, 1 tsp. at a time, until icing is of the consistency that can be used easily in decorators tube and still hold its shape.
