Ingredients
- 2 lb. spareribs
- 1 Pkg. NOH Chinese Barbecue Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 Tsp. pepper
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 2 T. oyster sauce
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1/2 C. white wine, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together, reserving some wine
Brush ribs with the mixture and place them into crockpot, reserving remainder of mixture
Pour remaining wine carefully into crockpot (do not pour over ribs)
Turn on crockpot for 8 hours on low
Every hour, brush ribs with remaining mixture
