Quick Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 cups milk
• 4 cups heavy cream
• 4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and then add sugar and beat till mixture is very stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix throughly. Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to directions.
