Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 1 7 oz box zatarains long grain & wild rice
- 2 14.5 oz cans French style green beans; drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts or cooked onion
- Topping
- 1 sleeve crushed ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted margarine

Mix all ingredients except topping. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
