Ingredients
- Broth:
- Ribs( venison or beef work best)
- 4 large onions
- salt to taste
- Dumplings:
- 1 liver (venison or beef)
- 1 box garlic
- 3 big onions
- Bread crumbs
- 7-8 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 4 rounding tsp baking powder 2 1/2 - 3 cups flour

Step 1
In large roaster cook ribs 4 large onions and salt. Let cool. scrape off any fat. reheat to boiling.
Grind liver, garlic and onions together. add same amount of bread crumbs to this. Mix together. mix in the eggs using a fork (DON'T BEAT). add salt and pepper tp taste. Add baking powder. Mix with fork. Add flour to make medium dough.
Drop by Tbsp full into boiling broth. Cover, Boil for 40-45 minutes (DON'T LIFT THE LID). check if done after 45 minutes.
Serve.
