Creamy Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups quick oats
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4 tbsp maple syrup
• 4 tbsp raisins, cherries dried or dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

In medium sauce pan bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in oats and reduce heat to medium. Cook until oats are tender. remove oats from heat. Stir in cream, butter and dried fruit. Divide among 4 bowls and drizzle with maple syrup.
