Ingredients
- 2 TABLESPOONS MARGARINE
- 2 TABLESPOONS ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
- 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
- 1 TEASPOONS SALT
- 2 CUPS TOMATO JUICE
- 2 CUPS COLD MILK
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER

Step 1
SAUTE' MARGARINE AND ONIONS. BLEND IN THE FLOUR, SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER. REMOVE FROM THE HEAT. GRADUALLY STIR IN THE TOMATO JUICE. BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL 1 MINUTE. STIR IN COLD MILK AND HEAT ALMOST TO BOILING AND SERVE.
