Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups croutons
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat. Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 8 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice, steamed broccoli and a green salad.
