BBQ BOB’S JALAPENO CHEDDAR BBQ MEATBALLS 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. meatloaf mix (mixture of beef, pork and veal)
  • 2 tsp. BBQ Bob’s Alpha BBQ rub (+ some for dipping meatballs)
  • 2 fresh jalapenos chopped
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of BBQ Bob’s Original BBQ sauce (+ some for basting)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup of non-flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl then form meatballs slightly smaller than a golf ball.
Coat the meatballs in Alpha Rub and place on the grate, cooking direct at 275° F
Turn the meatballs as they brown then place them in a half pan to finish cooking.
Once the meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 160° F, they are finished.
Heat some extra BBQ sauce in a bowl and use for dipping.
