Ingredients

  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 (16-oz.) can cranberries in sauce
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, zest orange until you have 2 teaspoons of grated orange peel.
Once orange has been zested, juice orange into the same mixing bowl. Now add orange marmalade and cranberries
in sauce; stir to blend. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Pour orange-cranberry sauce over chicken. Cover and
cook on low heat setting for about 7-8 hours.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve with baked sweet potatoes, garlicky green beans and sourdough bread.
