Ingredients
- 1 gallon water
- 2 Tbsp crab boil, Old Bay seasoning, or tony chachere
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 small cloves garlic; minced
- 12 small red new potatoes; scrubbed
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage; halved lenghwise and sliced crosswise into 1/2" thick slices
- 6 ears corn; cleaned & each cut rosswise into 3 pieces
- 3 lbs medium shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
In a large stockpot, combine water, crab boil, salt, & garlic; bring to a boil. Add potatoes & sausage; boil for 20 minutes or until almost tender. Add corn & onion (optional); boil 10 minutes. Add shrimp & lemons (optional); boil for 3 minutes. Pour onto newspaper lined table outside to serve.
