Ingredients

  • 2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams, with juice
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon each of dried basil and oregano
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup of water if more sauce is needed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguini pasta

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
