- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- sugar
- lemons

Preparation
Step 1
Blend eggs, four and milk until think but not runny
Add more flour if runny, more milk if too thick.
Cook on flat frying/crepe pan until dry around edges, flip
on a plate sprinkle sugar and squeeze lemon juice on pancake and then roll up like a crepe and sprinkle more sugar and squeeze more lemon.
