Ingredients
- 4 C minced cooked chicken
- 1 C minced celery
- 1/4 C minced onion
- 1/3 C minced cucumber
- 1/3 C minced pecans
- 2 TBL mango chutney
- 1/4 C mayo
- 2 tsp Madras curry powder
- S & P

Preparation
Step 1
mix tog. chicken, cleery, onion, pecans,
& cuumber in med bowl
place all remaining ingredients in sm.
bowl & stir until curry powder is
mixed through & mixture becomes
mustardy yellow hue
add mayo mixture by TBL to chicken
mixture (salad should not be too
wet or too dry - you may not need
all of mayo mixture)
adjust seasonings, cover w/ plastic
wrap & chill for at least 1 HR
serve chilled on bed of lettuce or
mounded in a hollowed-out pineapple
