Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey OR 1 tsp stevia powder extract (for lower carb)
  • 2 pastured soy free eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla, gluten free
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the wet ingredients in one bowl.

Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl.

Mix it all together thoroughly.

Scoop them into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.

Cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
