Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Turkey Meatballs quartered
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 8 cups chicken broth (2 boxes)
  • 3 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery chopped
  • 8 ozs. spinich
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 6 ozs. cheese or pesto filled tortellini
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Bring broth, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano in large pot to a boil. Gently add meatballs. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Stir in pasta for last 20 minutes of cook time. 5 minutes before, add spinich. Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each serving fresh parsley and parmesan cheese and serve.
