Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. Penne Pasta (cooked)
- 1 C Butter
- 1 1/2 lb Fresh Shrimp(peeled)
- 4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 C 1/2 & 1/2 Cream
- 1/2 C Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
- Garnish with Fresh Dill Sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to directions on box, set aside and keep warm.
In a large saute pan, over med-high heat melt butter, add shrimp and minced garlic. Cook stirring constantly, approx. 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove the shrimp, set aside, reserving garlic and butter in pan. Add 1/2 & 1/2 to pan, bring to a boil, stirring gently. Reduce heat and simmer approx. 15 minutes or until thickened stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, parsley, salt, pepper and chopped dill. Stir until blended. Serve over pasta.
You can substitute any type of pasta if you like.
