Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 2 C. Flour
- 1 C. Butter, melted
- 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar,
- sifted
- FILLING:
- 4 Eggs, well beaten
- 1 3/4 C. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 6 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350º.
CRUST:
Mix Flour and powdered sugar;
add the melted butter mix well.
Press into bottom of 9 X 13 pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
FILLING:
While the crust is baking, mix the
eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder
and lemon juice together. Make sure
the eggs are beaten real good before
adding the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over hot crust and return to oven.
Bake an additional 25 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
