Christmas Roll Cookies

Ingredients

• 1.5 c. butter softened
• 2 c. white sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 5 c. all purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and remaining ingredients and cover and chill overnight or for at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 400. Roll out dough to approx 1/8-1/4" thick and cut. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min.
