Ingredients
- 1/4 C flour
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- halves (abt 4-oz each)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 TBL plus 1 tsp olive oil - divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBL minced onion
- 1 1/2 C whipping cream
- 1/3 C grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp coarsely grd. black pepper
- 1 TBL coarsely chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven @375
place flour in shallow dish or pie plate
sprinkle chicken w/ salt, coat w/ flour
heat 2 TBL olive oil in lg. skillet over
med-high heat until hot
add chicken - cook, turning once, until
golden, 2-4 min per side
remove chicken from skillet - place in
13x9" baking dish
heat remaining olive oil in some skillet
over med heat until hot
add garlic & onions - cook until garlic
is fragrant & onion is tender
1-2 min
spoon sauce over chicken in dish
bake chicken 8-12 min
sprinkle w/ parsley
