Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. pure lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar very well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Add extract then beat in flour. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
