Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 tablespoon gluten

Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients in the order listed by your bread machine manufacturer.
Use whole wheat cycle.
Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Ends up lighter than the Outback's bread but very close and very good!
