Ingredients
- 1 9” unbaked pie shell
- ½ cup butter
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 rounded tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Cream soft butter with sugar, add eggs and flour. Beat well. Then, stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350F. Cool before serving.
