Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
- 3 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 1/2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 chipotle chilies from can finely chopped
- coarse kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Whisk first 4 ingredients in bowl. Season with coarse salt and pepper. This can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill if made ahead.
