1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 sm. box chopped mushrooms
shredded Mozarella cheese
Approx. 12 Italian tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out inside. Set aside.

Following directions, prepare Stove Top stuffing. Mix in sauteed mushrooms with stuffing and let sit 2-3 minutes. Stuff tomatoes, top with cheese and bake in oven 375 and serve.
