Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lbs Russet Potatoes
  • 1 med Brown Onion (diced)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 C Italian Dressing (Wish Bone)
  • 1/2 to 1 C Celery Stalks (chopped)
  • Mayo -- just enough to combine
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Wash potatoes. Boil until tender and peel when cooled. Dice and place in large bowl with celery, onion and Italian dressing, salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate for several hours, even overnight if possible. Just before serving add mayo.
