Ingredients
- sliced ham, cut in strips or squares
- pineapple, cut in chunks
- reserve pineapple juice from pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare grill.
Assemble ham and pineapple on skewers in alternating pattern.
Place skewers over indirect heat on grill, and baste occasionally with pineapple juice if desired, turning kabobs after 3-4 minutes on each side, or cooked to preference.
If using wooden skewers, soak for at least 30 minutes before using to reduce burning skewers.
