sliced ham, cut in strips or squares
pineapple, cut in chunks
reserve pineapple juice from pineapple
Prepare grill. Assemble ham and pineapple on skewers in alternating pattern. Place skewers over indirect heat on grill, and baste occasionally with pineapple juice if desired, turning kabobs after 3-4 minutes on each side, or cooked to preference. If using wooden skewers, soak for at least 30 minutes before using to reduce burning skewers.
