Ingredients
- 16 oz. BBQ sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 4 lb. roast
- 10 to 12 oz. ketchup
- 1/2 c. lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Put roast in crock pot at bedtime the night before wishing to prepare this dish. Mid afternoon next day, remove roast and shred. Mix together rest of ingredients. Return shredded roast and sauce to crock pot. Serve meat on buns.
