  • 8 oz cream cheese (not softened)
  • 1 family size package of Golden Oreos, finely crushed
  • 8-10 oz of baking chocolate (or candy melts)
  • 1-2 tsp vegetable oil
  • sprinkles

Step 1

Making Truffles
First crush Oreos by placing in food processor. After all cookies have been crushed, dump in a large bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Once all the Oreos have been crushed and placed in the bowl, add in the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and a dough like consistency has formed. When you have reached a dough like consistency, roll into 1 inch size truffles. Place in a freezer for 15 minutes or in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Dipping the Truffles
Melt either chocolate bark or candy melts according to package directions. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the vegetable oil. This makes the chocolate have a smoother and shiny coating. Using a bamboo skewer - push into frozen cake ball and dip into chocolate. Sprinkle with sprinkles. Harden off chocolate in refrigerator
