Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup sweet milk
- 2 tbsp. flour, all·purpose
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 8 or 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in order given above. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in 350°F oven 45 minutes or until golden brown.
