Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 T. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Drain thawed broccoli well and pat dry with paper towels. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and beginning to brown on top, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot with baguette slices, tortilla chips, pita chips, or crackers.
