Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh ground turkey
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 6 wheat hamburger buns

Step 1
In non-stick skillet, cook turkey, onion, celery, and green pepper until turkey is brown and vegetables are tender. Mix together remaining ingredients. Blend with turkey mixture. Simmer 15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
