Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 tbsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. whipping cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) frozen pound cake

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Blend in cocoa. In another bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream mixture. Slice cake into 3 horizontal layers. Spread each with icing and stack. Chill.
