Ingredients
- 4 lean boneless loin pork chops
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
• Heat oven to 375 degrees.
• Trim all visible fat from pork chops.
• Spray 13 x 9- inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
• Place bread crumbs in shallow dish.
• In another shallow dish, combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well.
• Dip both sides of each pork chop in mustard mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.
• Place in spray- coated pan.
• Bake at 375 degrees for 30- 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink, turning once halfway through baking.
4 servings.
