- 3 bigger figs
- 100 g greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur
- a pinch of ground coffee
- a couple of coffee beans to garnish

Step 1
Wash figs carefully and cut off the stalks.
Cut them in four but not throgh to the bottom. Place them on a plate.
Cream the yoghurt along with syrup and liqueur, fill with this cream the opened figs. Sprinkle with ground coffee and garnish with coffee beans.
