- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 33 Ritz crackers (crumbs) with 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup pecan, chopped

Step 1
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Beat egg whites to foam.
• Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar beating until whites are stiff.
• Fold Ritz crumbs with sugar into margarine.
• Add pecans and vanilla.
• Spread mixture into buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.
• Bake in 350 degree oven 15- 20 minutes.
• Cool crust.
• Spread ½ gallon vanilla ice cream over it.
• Sprinkle with shaved semi- sweet chocolate.
• Cover and store in freezer.
