Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the tomatoes and mash, add jello. Let cool for a couple of minutes then add rest of ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 dish.

I usually double, and usually use DelMonte tomatoes, tho, I didn’t today so it must not matter!
