Ingredients

8-oz cream cheese - room temp
1 C shredded pepper jack cheese
1 lg. egg
1/2 C frozen corn kernels
48 scoop-shaped tortilla chips
1 10-oz bag
chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
in lg. bowl, mix cream cheese, pepper
jack cheese, egg & corn

arrange chips on lg. rimmed baking sheet
place 1 tsp corn mix in each
bake until filling sets, abt 20 min

sprinkle w/ chives
serve worm

CAN ADD to spice up filling:
salsa, black beans or olive tapenade
