You can place raspberries at the bottom of custard dishes or line the bottom with thin slices of strawberries.

Ingredients
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 egg yolks

Preheat oven 300*
In a medium sauce pan, heat the cream and vanilla to a simmer. Remove pan from heat and let sit 10 minutes.
Whisk sugar and yolks until pale and forms a ribbon.
Whisk cream into egg mixture and pour into 6 custard dishes
Place dishes in a large baking dish lined with towel. Pour water until it comes half way up custard dishes. Bake for 30 minutes until custard is firm but still wiggles. Chill for at least one hour. Top with sugar and torch until golden.
