Ingredients

1 pkg frozen blintzas
2/3 cube butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 1 1/2
c sour cream
dash salt
cinnamon to taste
2/3 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter
put in casserole

place frozen blintzas on top

beat eggs
add sour cream, salt, cinn. & sugar
pour egg mix. on top of blintzas

350 for 50-55 min

if not brown put under broiler for few
minutes
