CHEESE BARS

Ingredients

• 2 cans any brand crescent rolls
• 1 pkg cream cheese - room temp
• 1/2 C sugar

Preparation

Step 1

cream cheese w/ sugar in mixer till
blended well
spray 8x11" baking dish (or butter it)
place 1 can crescent rolls laying them
close together to make crust
spread cheese mix. over all rolls (mixt.
will be thick, just keep working
with it till all is covered)

do the next roll of crescent rolls on top
of the cheese mix. laying them close
togeth, trying to make them fit close
dot w/ butter all over
sprinkl w/ sugar

bake 350 till brown 15-20 min

cool completely before cut into squares
- if you don't they will mush down &
all cheese stuff will squeeze out
