Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • ●In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together; blend well. Add eggs, one at a time and mix.
  • ●Stir in flour, whipping cream and vanilla, mixing until thoroughly blended.
  • ●Pour mixture into well greased and floured tube pan.

●Place cake in a cold oven; heat oven to 325 F and bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes or until cake test is clean.
