  • 1/2 cup light salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup green onions minced 2 g
  • 1/4 cup ginger -- minced 3 g
  • 2 Tbsp shallots -- minced 2 g
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed cilantro -- minced 1 g
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts -- finely chopped 8.6 g

In a small saucepan heat oil, add salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in ginger, green onions, cilantro, shallots, white pepper and macadamia nuts. Makes 1 cup.
